1) Transportation, i.e. a reliable car
2) Current Health Dept Food Handler’s Certificate
Every person who is employed to serve or prepare must have a current, valid Food Handler’s Card.  You can obtain a card by contacting the State or County Health Department in which you will be working.  You might be required to complete a scheduled class through the Health Department. Attending the Food Handler’s Class is a valuable, low cost opportunity for food handlers to learn the basics of safe food handling.
3) Previous food service experience a plus but we will train.
4) Positive attitude and willingness to work hard!
